Order & Payment

Dang, you should receive a confirmation email from WILD SOUL FITNESS the same day you made your order. If this has not happened, please confirm it’s hiding your spam/junk mail folder. Still no luck? Reach out to us at info@wildsoulfit.com, and we will sort it out.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details 2-3 days after placing your order. If you have not received this within three days, do not hesitate to reach out to info@wildsoulfit.com so we can provide you with your shipment details.

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it has also been received in our warehouse and is in processing. It is not possible to change or cancel once this process begins. Therefore, we will not be able to remove/add items to your order, combine multiple orders, or cancel your order. Please make a new order if u wish to purchase additional items.
