Shipping & Delivery

WILD SOUL FITNESS ships internationally; however, currently, we cannot facilitate delivery to Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, certain parts of the Middle East, Africa, and the Pacific Islands.

If you have any questions about shipping to your region, contact us at, or via our chat button and we will confirm whether we can ship to you.

PLEASE NOTE: While we pack our shipments with the utmost care, once the package has left our facility, it is the courier’s responsibility to maintain its condition. WILD SOUL FITNESS cannot take responsibility for damages incurred during shipping.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time it is placed, between the working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Items will not be shipped over the weekends and national holidays. Your order will arrive within 7-14 business days from the date you received a shipment confirmation email. WILD SOUL FITNESS will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur. You will be notified by email with a tracking number to follow up the shipping.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

A regional flat rate shipping charge applies to all orders less than USD $200.

The regions and charges are as follows:

  • - Australia & New Zealand: USD $15
  • - UK/Europe: USD $25
  • - US & Canada/Mexico: USD $25
  • - Other: USD $35
  • - Indonesia: Free Shipping!

We ship our orders with EMS and DHL.

Import duties and customs fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import duties, customs fees, or taxes are based on the cost of goods as declared on your receipt. Due to country and regional variances, WILD SOUL FITNESS can not estimate or include these additional costs for you. However, you can use an Import Duties Calculator to figure out the duties specific to your country or state. If there are any, the courier will collect them from you on delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse a shipment from WILD SOUL FITNESS, you are responsible for the original shipping charges plus any fees incurred in returning the parcel to WILD SOUL FITNESS.

Unfortunately, we can not ship to PO boxes.

Please email us and provide the correct shipping information. However, if your order has already shipped, we will be unable to change the address and recommend contacting the carrier directly with the shipping tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

Due to Covid-19, WILD SOUL FITNESS is currently operating exclusively out of Indonesia, where the import duties, customs process, and shipping logistics are… challenging. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges at this time unless the item is faulty.

If the product is faulty please contact us at or by our chat button and we will be happy to exchange your product or offer a credit note to use on the WSF online shop. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by WSF. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

This is not a defect but part of the charm and beauty of a handmade product. Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen color settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. WILD SOUL FITNESS shall not be held responsible for any color discrepancies
